People occasionally raise an eyebrow when I tell them I am travelling from winter in Canada to winter somewhere else. On this particular trip, I even questioned my decision as it was 20 days of snow, sleet, hail, rain and wind, sometimes all within an hour! Norway has unpredictable weather.

While my luggage went on its own journey to Winnipeg, along with the rest of my warm and waterproof clothing, I thought, well, at least I know where it is? Amazing what you can manage when you have to! Norway was definitely worth it. The luggage arrived after six days and I survived! It got there just the morning I was leaving for the first workshop.

The goal this particular morning was to experiment with multiple exposures in and around the docks next to the resort where we were staying. This window with icicles caught my eye. The original colour was blue and with a few tweaks, the purple arrived! Interpreting and creating something different is inspiring to me. My Norwegian Icicles!
