Photography has provided a way for me to revisit my love of horses.

I trust a few of you share a similar love for dogs or cats!

I thought it might be less expensive taking photos of horses rather than owning them however I might have been wrong!

Each of these images in this portfolio has involved travel of some sort and usually it was to a workshop. Quite the adventures on each and every trip whether it was to New Mexico, Quebec, Poland, London (Ontario), Mexico or Poland!

I started to add textures to my images to create visual interest. This has been an intentional process that I start by making a decision on which photo to work with. Once I begin, I am never sure where it will end up but I know when it’s finished!

Textures helped to create what I was feeling when I was at the location.
